Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Flying & Ground Duty: Graduation in any discipline with minimum 60% marks (plus 60% in Physics & Maths at 10+2 level). Ground Duty Tech requires B.E./B.Tech with minimum 60% marks.

General / UR (Flying): Extendable to 26 years for DGCA Commercial Pilot License holders.
Special / Additional Relaxations
- Candidates holding a current and valid Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA get an upper age limit of 26 years for the Flying Branch.
- No caste-based age relaxations apply for officer cadre recruitment in the Indian Air Force.
Important Notes
- Candidates below 25 years must be unmarried at the time of commencement of the course.
- CPSS (Computerised Pilot Selection System) is a once-in-a-lifetime test for the Flying Branch. Failing it disqualifies the candidate from flying forever.
