General / UR: Upper age limit is 25 years as of August 1st.

Special / Additional Relaxations

  • Civilian Central Government servants with at least 3 years of regular continuous service get up to 5 years relaxation.
  • Candidates domiciled in J&K between Jan 1, 1980 and Dec 31, 1989 are eligible for 5 years relaxation.
  • Only unmarried candidates are eligible; widowers and divorcees without children may apply (verify in official notification).
